Vegan Silken Tofu with Chili, Ginger Amino dressing


Vegan Silken Tofu with Chili, Ginger Amino dressing
  • 1 packet of silken tofu
  • Pinch of flavoured salt (chilli salt tastes better)

Vinegar dressing

  • 2 ½ tablespoons Balion Coconut Flower Ginger Aminos
  • 2 tablespoon Balion Coconut Flower Red Chili Vinegar (for more spice use Balion Red Chilli Vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon Balion Coconut Flower Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Scallions/Spring onions diced
  • 2 tablespoon coriander roots and stems finely diced (thoroughly cleaned)
  • Dash of sesame oil

Take the tofu from the refrigerator. Carefully get rid of the water from the packet. Invert the tofu on a serving dish. Cut them into equal slices (8-9 rectangles)

Combine all the vinegar dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the cut slices. Sprinkle flavoured salt and serve.

Note : for additional ginger flavour one could add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Ginger to the dressing.
