Where is my order? Order Delay
For your orders placed with Balion, the tracking details will be promptly emailed and also sent via WhatsApp upon shipment. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. As a start-up food products brand, our operating model relies on third-party logistics for deliveries. Kindly note that delivery and tracking updates are managed by our logistics partners, and any delays, up to 1-3 days, are beyond our direct control. The Balion Support team will actively collaborate with the logistics providers to address any delays on your behalf.

Shipping

  • Order Placement & Acceptance
      1. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products, as well as all shipping and handling charges and taxes as may be applicable on your Balion order
      2. Balion reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limits on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will refund the amount of the charge by a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account). We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled.
      3. Balion reserves the right, including without prior notice, to cap the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for any reason. We will attempt to notify you should such caps be applied. Balion also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “reselling” will be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Balion for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of the same product(s) to a third party.
  • Shipping Policy
      1. GENERAL
        1. Balion endeavors to deliver our products in optimal condition and promptly on receipt of your order. Orders valued at Rs. 1,000* or more qualify for free doorstep delivery; a nominal shipping fee applies to orders under Rs. 1,000 based on cart items.
        2. Our products will be shipped to the address provided by you, with your order, with the risk of loss and title passing to you upon the delivery from us to the carrier.
        3. Balion is not liable for goods when someone other than the intended recipient signs for accepting the delivery, at the address specified by you while placing the order. Any requests to change the delivery address post-order placement will not be accepted.
        4. Deliveries will be limited to cities specified as 'available' on our website.
        5. Balion is not responsible for damage to products post-delivery.
        6. In the event of cancellation, loss, or non-delivery of the order, a full refund, including shipping charges, if prepaid, will be issued to the person, placing and making payment for the order.
        7. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned orders. Accounts with excessive returns may incur a delivery charge of Rs. 200 regardless of order value.
      2. Domestic Delivery Timeline
        1. Please allow 7-14 business days for the delivery of domestic orders*.

      3. Signature Requirement
        1. All received goods will require a signature upon delivery. An SMS notification will be sent if you haven't opted for "Do Not Disturb" (DND).

      4. Unauthorized Signatures
        1. We do not accept responsibility for goods signed for by an unauthorized person.

      5. Post-Delivery Damage
        1. Foxtale cannot be held liable for any damages that occur after delivery.

      6. Reporting Shortages or Damages
        1. Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the same day or the following business day after delivery.

      7. FAIR USAGE POLICY
        1. Please check the status of your orders in the 'Orders' section of your account on our website.

      8. DELIVERY TO PIN CODE
        1. Please verify the delivery to your Pin Code using the 'Calculate Shipping' tool on the cart page.

      9. DELIVERY AND TRACKING INFORMATION
        1. Your orders will be dispatched through our courier partners, with tracking information and delivery status provided via email and SMS.

      10. CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY
        1. Address changes for your orders can be made before processing and shipment, but will be subject to additional charges if any, applicable for the new address you have asked for delivery to be made to

      11. DAMAGE TO THE PARCEL
        1. Please report any pilferage/leakage/tampering of your order within 48 hours of delivery to the specified recipient by calling Customer Support.

  • Cancellation Policy
      1. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
      2. Customers can cancel their orders until they have been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Refunds will be issued for orders that were canceled before being shipped. Please contact Customer Support for assistance. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. To cancel your orders, please contact Balion via the contact form on our website or use the Customer Support contact information provided in your order receipt email. Please allow us the time to track your order to confirm if it can be canceled.
      3. CANCELLATION BY BALION
      4. While Balion strives to fulfill every order by you, some circumstances may lead to cancellation, including limitations on available quantities, inaccurate address, product unavailability, or pricing errors. In such cases, we will notify you within 2 business days, and offer you options for exchange, refund, or cancellation.

      Balion reserves the right to amend these policies at any time; please review them regularly. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Material changes will be notified to you, outlining information collection, usage, and disclosure. In the event of a change in legal status of the entity, such as an acquisition or merger, your information may be transferred to the new owners for continued service provision.
