  • Order Placement & Acceptance

    2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to quantity limitations, inaccuracies, pricing errors, or credit/fraud issues. Refunds will be issued for canceled orderspost-payment.

      PRICING INFORMATION
    1. Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. Balion reserves the right to cancel orders if the price indicated was incorrect. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Balion may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you accordingly. Prices may vary on the website or associated apps and are subject to change without notice.
    2. All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees. For international cards, banks' applicable exchange rates and charges will apply. Any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges must be directed to the respective bank or institution.
    3. Your orders will be acknowledged at current pricing and billed accordingly. Prices for certain products such as fresh fruits and vegetables may change daily, and you will be billed based on prevailing prices during invoicing. Our products are subject to applicable taxes in India.

      PROMOTIONAL CODES
    1. Promotional codes are limited and may expire or be discontinued without notice. They may not be copied, sold, or transferred without our express consent, and are void where prohibited by law. Balion reserves the right to impose conditions on the offer of any promotional code.
      GST CHARGES
    1. GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services levied on every value addition and added to a product’s sale price. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax, etc.
    2. The applicability and amount of GST depends on the product category. The discounted prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes, including GST.
      PAYMENT FAILURE
    1. If your payments are not successful, please try again and ensure that you have provided accurate information. If the payment is debited after a failure, it may be credited back within 7-10 days.
      REFUND OF GST AMOUNT ON CANCELED / RETURNED PRODUCT
    1. The applicable GST/VAT amount will be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. No refunds of GST/VAT shall be made for refunds of shipping charges.
      PAYMENT SECURITY
    1. Transactions are protected by SSL and Secure Data Encryption. Credit/debit card information is not stored by us but taken directly by the payment gateway provider, complying with regulations and bank requirements.
  • Cancellation Policy
      CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
    1. After placing an order, if you wish to cancel it, you can do so provided it has not been processed or shipped by us and is still in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded. Please contact our Customer Support for assistance, and we'll strive to expedite the process. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.

      To cancel your orders, please reach out to us via the contact form on our website or find the Customer Support contact information in your order receipt email. Please allow us reasonable time to track the order status and proceed with cancellation

      CANCELLATION BY BALION
    1. While Balion strives to fulfill every order by you, some circumstances may lead to cancellation, including limitations on available quantities, inaccurate address, product unavailability, or pricing errors. In such cases, we will notify you within 2 business days, and offer you options for exchange, refund, or cancellation.
