  • Return & Refund Policy
    1. ELIGIBILITY
      1. Returns will only accepted only for damaged or defective products:
        • Damaged: The product is unfit on account of such physical or chemical damage to the product that occurred prior to delivery to the customer.
        • Defective: The product causes injury due to defects in the design, manufacturing, or marketing of the product.
      2. Adherence to specific storage conditions and instructions provided by Balion is necessary for food products. Failure to comply with the instructions may render the products to be ineligible for returns.
      3. Minor dents/scratches on packaging do not affect the quality of the product. Major damage or leakage warrants initiating returns.
      4. Shelf Life: Our products are safe for consumption within indicated Best Before/Expiry date. Claims for returns will not be entertained for products within Shelf Life.
      5. Return eligibility: Unused, unopened items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
      6. Damaged or incorrect products may be returned within specified timelines.
      7. Refund conditions apply; unused products with original packaging required.
    2. REFUND TIMELINE
      • Refund timelines may vary based on the payment method used for the order.
      • Refunds will be initiated upon successful return delivery and quality checks.
      • Once the product has reached the warehouse, refund will be initiated in 24hrs and will reflect in your account within 3-7 business days.
    3. SELF-SHIPPING
      • Reimbursed for self-shipped returns; please provide courier bill/receipt via website.
      • Please ensure proper documentation and address per location.
    4. DECLINED REQUESTS
      • Refunds declined for used, damaged, or non-eligible items.
      • Balion assumes no liability for declined requests.

    1. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

      Customers can cancel their orders until they have been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Refunds will be issued for orders that were canceled before being shipped. Please contact Customer Support for assistance. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.

      To cancel your orders, please contact Balion via the contact form on our website or use the Customer Support contact information provided in your order receipt email. Please allow us the time to track your order to confirm if it can be canceled.

      While we strive for order fulfillment, situations may arise necessitating order cancellation, including limitations on available quantities, inaccurate address, product unavailability,orpricingerrors.

      In such cases, we will notify you within 2 business days, offering options forexchange, refund,orcancellation.
