Vegan Chilli Tofu Bowls
  • 1 packet of extra firm tofu


  • ¼ cup scallions/Spring onions diced
  • 2 cloves of finely grated garlic
  • 3 teaspoon Balion Coconut Flower Green Chili Amino ((for more spice use Balion red chilli vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon Balion Coconut Flower Chilli Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 table spoon chili oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 teaspoon neutral oil
  • 2 teaspoon Balion syrup

Cut the tofu in bite size pieces and soak them in salt water for 10 mins. Drain the tofu and toss them in a teaspoon of sesame oil. Airfry the tofu @180 degree for 8-10 mins till golden brown.

In a bowl add all the ingredients till chilli oil.

In a saucepan heat neutral oil till very hot. Carefully add it to the bowl with rest of the mixed dressing. Combine well.

Add air fried tofu to the bowl. Toss well till tofu is fully coated.

Serve it with steamed rice, steamed broccoli (or avocado)and Edamame. Drizzle rest of the leftover dressing over the broccoli and rice.

Note : for additional Chili flavour add 1 finely chopped chilli to the dressing.
